What they talk about The Law of Attraction

Greetings dear readers, today we will investigate Law of Attraction

Everyone here must be aware of The Secret documentary and the series of books released by Rhonda Bryne. The works by Rhonda Bryne has been the closest we have come to understand how we create our own reality.

So bottom line our thoughts create everything as we know it. But before getting into Law of Attraction which of course is very crucial, it's about time people get to know Law of Vibration.

For those unaware of Law of vibration, allow me to quickly give you a walkthrough
Basically, Law of Vibration states that higher our frequency of vibration and higher will be the likelihood of attracting better things in our life. So for those desiring or visualizing things or events out of reach and yet not achieving it are probably not vibrating on a higher frequency. Because you have to understand the fact that
❝ everything around us is energy and matter, energy in subtler form and denser form, subtler energy is nothing but our thoughts which can materialize energy in it's denser form i.e things like car or condo ❞.

Legends like Albert Einstien and Nikola Tesla understood it and they cherished it.

raise your vibrations

Following image put's things in perspective, we wanna try to expand our consciousness that's where all good stuff we can inherit as a consequence.

Now obviously the question pops into the mind as to how can we raise our vibrations?

There are plenty of ways to do that

Meditate

It's a great way to raise the vibrations. Meditation has been found to actually create new brain cells and new neural connections as our brain feed on subconscious data.
What meditation does is that it calms us down, clears the litter from the mind and in the process it ends up creating new neural pathways that are designed to achieve the indefinite objective with laser focus.
At the same time meditation allows us to access cosmic energy which radiates through all seven of our chakras(although it takes time and patience to reach that stage, we do eventually) when there's nothing but the sound of silence, that's when we merge with pure consciousness and raise our vibrations dramatically. Whatever you desire or ask the universe for at that stage will be materialized undoubtedly.

Get your blood pumping

Don't just sit around fatigued and bored waiting for happiness. That's not how it works. Get up early and start exercising or do yoga, feel the rush of endorphins flowing throughout your body. That right there's is what happiness is with a sense of accomplishment.

The good thing about exercise is that it encourages the effort-reward relationship by giving a thrust of dopamine and endorphins which makes you happy.

Practice random acts of kindness

For someone with an attitude of give and take, it may sound absurd to practice random acts of kindness, but trust me it feels good to help someone you know can't help you back. After a while, it becomes a habit. The rush of good feeling that we experience every time we are kind is what raises our vibrations.

Subconscious Mind

In his book The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, Dr. Joseph Murphy has presented years of his research conducted in the workings of the subconscious mind and its repercussions. He has quoted real-life examples of people who manifested tangible and intangible things in life just by impressing thoughts on the subconscious mind.
