Learn about the law of reciprocity

In this blog, we will investigate ❝The Law of Reciprocity❞

The Law of Reciprocity is heavily leveraged for persuasion, it is used in business, in the corporate world, in politics both domestic and international and in social life.
Learning this law and implementing it would produce concrete results.
So, basically, the law is based on the premise of give and take I mean everyone can relate to that. We cannot deny helping to someone who lent us help when we needed it the most.

Helping someone will reciprocally result in receiving help from that person when we need it.
Suppose for example your friend needs a ride home, whose home happens to be on your way then you giving him ride will put you in the position to ask for help and receiving it indeed almost effortlessly(perhaps you can make him pay for your tea or you can make him bring stuff on his way to work for which obviously you will pay him but it will save your time and efforts).

In this instance, you will have the upper hand over your friend because you helped him first without him even asking, this puts you in the privileged position to ask and receive something more than what you gave for, and that person will be obliged to help you no matter what you ask for.

The Law of Reciprocity will only work if you are to help someone without them asking, that way you will have upper hand over that person, and he will be in your debt waiting for the opportunity to repay your debt and be free.

We have often watched this dialogue in movies and soaps " I owe you one", " Now we are even"

Allow me to quote examples from real life where it took place

  1. Japan lending India 17 billion $ for the bullet train project at an interest rate of 0.1% with a moratorium on repayments up to 15 years is a classic example of the law of reciprocity. It all started back in the 6th century when Buddhism was introduced in Japan by India, I mean Buddhism was indeed originated in India. After World War II, in 1949, Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru donated an Indian elephant to the Ueno Zoo in Tokyo. This brought a ray of light into the lives of the Japanese people who still had not recovered from defeat in the war. India and Japan helping each other reciprocally, refer to this link for more information.
  2. In addition to this law, I would also like to state the fact that if there's violation from either party involved then that could and would provoke retaliation. A classic example would be that of Doklam issue that took place between India and China, most of the products available in India are from China it's a well-known fact. Which should work reciprocally, but amidst Doklam issue and China issuing a threat to India resulted in the decline of Oppo and Vivo smartphones sales. It happened because the law wasn't honored on China's part.
The law of reciprocity is integral to the network marketing, putting this law into practice will also reflect concrete results in sales and referrals.
